Need Some Horror Movies To Watch? Try These Films Out

Today I just wanted to post something light in content but still fun.  Since it’s October and we’re getting closer to Halloween, I thought I’d put up some movie recommendations in case you are looking for some horror films to watch over the next two weeks or so.  I’ve put up the posters for the films and if you click on each poster you will be taken to a Blu-ray/DVD review for that film, or if I can’t find a suitable review, I’ll link to the film’s IMDB page.  NOTE:  The first poster below is for a film called Night Crew: The Final Checkout.  It is no longer known by that title and is now in home video release under the title Intruder.  It’s a fun 80s slasher from Sam Raimi and friends, definitely check it out as well as all the other films I’ve listed below.  I’ve seen them all and they are well worth a watch.

Intruder (1989)

Magic (1980)

The Burning (1981)

Let the Right One In (2008)

Trick ‘R Treat (2008)

Christine (1983)

The Descent (2005)

Black Sheep (2006)

The Innkeepers (2011)

Chopping Mall (1986)

The Changeling (1980)

Slither (2006)

The Woods (2006)

Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II (1987)

All the Boys Love Mandy Lane (2006)

Student Bodies (1981)

Great list. Trick R’ Treat is a must see on Halloween. Easily the best Halloween movie since Carpenter’s classic.
