Rosario Dawson’s comic O.C.T.: Occult Crimes Taskforce is being developed as a television show for A&E. Gale Anne Hurd, one of the producers of The Walking Dead, is executive producing alongside Dawson, who is looking to star in the series as well. (The Hollywood Reporter)
Universal is looking to develop a sequel to 1988’s Twins, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito. The sequel is titled Triplets and will focus on the two brothers who find out that they have a third brother. Eddie Murphy is attached to play the third brother. No writer or director has been hired as of yet. (Heat Vision)
Marvel Studios has apparently narrowed their search for director of Captain America 2 to three candidates: George Nolfi (The Adjustment Bureau), F. Gary Gray (The Italian Job) and the directing duo of Anthony and Joseph Russo (NBC’s Community). (Vulture)
D.J. Caruso (Eagle Eye, Disturbia) is in talks with Sony to direct Invertigo. Scripted by Ehren Kruger and Bradley Cramp, the film would be about a NASA satellite that crash-lands in New York City and creates a “reverse-G vortex” where gravity is inverted. It imperils the planet if a rescue mission fails. (Deadline)

Will Ferrell recently appeared on Conan to announce that Anchorman 2 is moving ahead. Despite the fact that it looked like the sequel was not going to happen, Paramount has agreed to back the movie. The announcement video from Conan is below.
